Jamoca Hazelnut Fudge Ice Cream

This is the BEST! Similar to B&R Jamoca Almond Fudge, just better! I use my Cuisinart Ice Cream maker which makes the process a cinch!

Ingredients

2 Cups heavy Whipping cream

2 Cups 2% milk

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Kahlua Liquor

4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder ( I used Guittard Cocoa Rouge) Unsweetened

3/4 cup Oregon Hazelnuts coarsely chopped leaving some whole

Combine whipping cream, milk, sugar, Cocoa powder and vanilla mixing well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours stiring often to make sure sugar fully dissolves.

Add the Kahlua and pour into cold rotating cream maker, Wait 5 min and add the nuts. When timer is up, spoon into ice cream containers and freeze until ready to serve.

Scoop into pretty bowls, drizzle with more Kahlua and chopped nuts if desired.
