Avocado, bacon and pickled jalapeño deviled Eggs

Creamy, dreamy and packed with a punch my deviled eggs with a twist are sure to make you happy.

Ingredients:

3 hard boiled eggs cut in half

1 large avocado

Pinch of garlic powder salt and pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped crispy bacon

2 Tbsps Finely chopped sweet pickled jalapeños

Sprinkle with paprika optional

Instructions

  • Remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs

  • Slice the peeled eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the cooked yolks, placing the yolks in a mixing bowl.

    Add the avocado to the bowl and mash with a fork until it's a smooth consistency.

  • Then add the remaining ingredients and mash stir togther until blended

  • Spoon the mixture into the egg halves. Then sprinkle with paprika if desired.
