Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is simply addicting and really good with Celery!
2 Cups diced Chicken ( I like to use rotisserie or canned Swanson chicken in a pinch)
8 oz softened cream cheese1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
3 green onions diced
2/3 cup Franks hot sauce (or buffalo sauce)
1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder and mix well with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add the hot sauce and stir to combine. Fold in the chicken, 1/2 the cheddar and all of the mozzarella and stir to combine. Spread out into a 9x9 baking dish or large au gratin dish. Top with the remaining cheddar and green onions. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with your choice of Celery, baguette slices, chips or crackers. Garnish with more green onions and blue cheese if desired. Enjoy!
