Cinnamon and Sugar Pretzels

I sent these little gems off to my son in college in a care package and he was the hit of the house! They are simple to make, a hit on game day or for little gifts year around.

1 cup canola oil

3/4 Cup Sugar

3 Tbsp cinnamon

1 16 oz Bag Pretzels

Preheat oven to 350 deg

In a large bowl mix together the oil, sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed. Add the pretzels and evenly coat. Spread the pretzels in a single layer on a large rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, and toss again, then bake for another 10 minutes and repeat once again. Cool completely and store in a air tight container. They will keep for approx one week.
