Pear, Pancetta and goat cheese

When you need a quick “go to” appetizer, nothing beats this! It’s elegant, impressive and so delicious and simple.

4 perfectly ripened Pears

4oz plain Goat cheese

6oz sliced rounds of Pancetta (or 16 slices)

Agave syrup

Sea salt

in a skillet cook the pancetta until crispy and place on paper towel to drain off extra fat. Set aside

core and slice pears into 1/4 inch circular slices.

Arrange sliced pears on a platter, place a toasted piece of pancetta onto of each disc of pear, crumble a Tbsp of goat cheese on top of each pancetta slice, drizzle lightly with Agave syrup and a dash of sea salt.
