InstaPot White Chicken Chili
Ingredients;
1 cup chopped onion
1 can sweet corn drained
1 can white beans
2 4.5 oz cans green chilis
3 cups chicken stock
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
cilantro
lime wedges
Place all ingredients into the instaPot placing the chicken in last.
Place lid on pot and turn onto soup stew setting for 30 minutes on high pressure.
Release pressure and remove chicken breasts and shred, then add them back to the pot.
Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 oz cream cheese till blended.
Serve with chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
