Peanut dipping sauce

This is an amazing dip for spring rolls. With a touch of Hoisin and Soy it raises the bar and you’ll wanna just smear it all over!

1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter

4 Tbsp sweet chili sauce

2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce

1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp low sodium Soy sauce

1 Tbsp honey

3 Tbsp hot water

Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired

Blend and stir ingredients together and enjoy!
