Lemony Salsa Verde
Ingredients:
The zest and juice of one Lemon
handful (1/4 cup) of fresh chopped chives
4 garlic cloves roughly chopped
3/4 cup chopped fresh parley
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup good quality Olive Oil
a dash of Chili Flakes
season with salt and pepper
Combine and pulse in a food processor: Store in a airtight container.
