Sautéed Spinach with Bacon and Parmesan
Ingredients;
1 tablespoon bacon grease
1/4 cup chopped crispy cooked bacon
1 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and ground black pepper
12 ounces baby spinach
1/8 cup shredded Parmesan reggiano
Directions
In a large saute pan, melt the bacon grease over medium heat. Add the chopped cooked bacon and spinach and toss till wilted 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and the Parmesan . Serve immediately so the spinach is wilted but not soggy.
