Butter Lettuce with Snap Peas and Dill

This was a salad we enjoyed at the Lodge at Columbia Point for dinner. Very simple and I even used a store bought dressing. You can certainly make your own, however of these busy and hot summer nights this is my “go to”. Plus the fresh dill adds that home made taste.

1 head of Butter lettuce clean and dried

2 Cups snap peas cleaned and cut in half

1/3 cup fresh dill sprigs broken into small pieces

Dressing: I used the Lighthouse OPA tzatziki ranch flavor

Hand rip the lettuce into bite size pieces and place in large salad bowl, add the fresh dill and snap peas and toss lightly with the Tzatziki dressing. The fresh dill comes alive and this salad is addicting! Enjoy!!
