Empress Gin Cocktail with Butterfly Pea Ice Shard

I used Ancient Choice Butterfly Pea Powder to make the Ice Mold for this drink which you can order off of Amazon. It is simply the Macha powder and water!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz Empress Gin

1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqour

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lemon juice

Pour all ingredients into a Martini Shaker filled with ice, then strain into a pretty glass and garnish with Purple shard of Butterfly Pea Powder! Enjoy!
