Aperol Spritzer

This Italian Classic Cocktail is one of my favorites. A bit sour, bitter, bubbly and sweet all wrapped up into one and check out this color! It screams summer, and it’s simple to make too. Try it, you’ll love it. If you prefer it a little more sweet cut back on the Aperol and use slightly sweeter bubbles. I like the full Aperol flavor and use a drier Prosecco, Sparkling wine or Champagne. Salute!

Ingredients

3 parts Prosecco or sparkling wine chilled

2 parts Aperol

2 parts club soda or Blood Orange soda

Orange slices

Fill a glass with ice. Add Prosecco, Aperol and soda. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a slice of orange.
