Wholly Guacamole

4 ripe avocados

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 scallions, chopped using as much green as possible

2 Large garlic cloves minced

2 Jalapeños, seeded and minced

1 medium tomato cored and chopped

2 Tbsp peeled and grated jicama

1 Tbsp sour cream

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp chili powder

1/4 cup medium salsa

1/4 cup Monterey Jack grated

1/4 cup cooked and minced chorizo sausage

2 Tbsp tequila

2 Tbsp fresh cilantro minced

1 tsp salt

In a medium bowl mash the avocados. Stir in the other ingredients and stir to blend. Serve with chips.

Makes 5 1/2 cups
