BelikeBecci's Chex Mix

Who doesn’t like Chex mix? Well this recipe is like crack! Addictive and much more flavorful as well. I also changed some of the cracker choices to boot! So give it a try and let me know what you think!

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees

Ingredients:

1 stick Kerrygold butter ( it one of my favs, but any butter will do)

3 Tbsp seasoning salt such as Lawry’s or Johnny’s

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp garlic powder and onion salt

2 cups corn Chex cereal

2 cups rice Chex cereal

2 cups pretzel sticks

2 cups Cheese-its ( original)

1 1/2 cup fancy premium nut mixture

2 cups Gardettos original recipe snack mix

Melt the butter and add all the seasonings and stir to mix well

In a very large bowl add all the cracker mixture and drizzle the butter mixture very slowly over the crackers tossing carefully in-between drizzles. Toss and drizzle until well coated.

Turn out the mixture onto 2 separate Cookie sheets and spread out evenly.

Bake for 20-30 minutes tossing every 10-15 minutes. Let cool and store in a air tight container.
