Balsamic Mustard Marinade

In a small bowl mix all ingredients together and pour over Pork tenderloin or Chicken in a zip lock bag. Squeese the meat around making sure all is coated well. Let meat marinate for 2-4 hours. Do not marinate over night as the Balsamic vinegar can negatively change the texture of the pork, making it mealy.

Marinate:

2 heaping Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 heaping Tbsp stone ground Mustard

1/8 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp honey

dash of Worchestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp ea Salt and Pepper
