Baked onions
These are baked for a hour on the grill which adds so much flavor, but this can also be done in the oven.
4 Whole small-medium size onions
8 large pads of butter (2 per onion)
Salt and Pepper
2 sheets of foil per onion ( doubled up)
Place each onion on two sheets of foil, place butter onto of onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Securely , and tightly wrap the foil around the onion. Place onto a grill with low to medium heat and bake for 1 hour.
Carefully open the foil package and serve.
