Harissa Cauliflower with a Tahini Drizzle
Ingredients
1 head of Cauliflower broken into florets
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/8 cup Mild Harissa sauce
2 Tbsp Tahini paste
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 425*
Mix Olive Oil and Harissa together in a large bowl and toss Cauliflower into mixture coating well.
Spread out onto a sheet pan in one layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes ( until tender) tossing and turning it over once halfway through the cooking cycle.
In a separate bowl combine the honey, tahini and lemon juice and whisk together. Turn out Cauliflower into a bowl, plate or on individual plates and drizzle lightly with the Tahini mixture. Garnish with a dash of salt and some fresh parsley or cilantro.
