Simple Salmon with "Rub with Love"How pretty is this bad boy?
How pretty is this baby?? All I did was spread a small amount of Garlic Aioli over the top of this Salmon and then Sprinkle it with Tom Douglas’s Salmon Rub with Love seasoning.
Then we baked it on the Big green egg and served it with beautiful slices of fresh lemon layered over the top.
The Aioli locks in the moisture and adds an additional layer of flavor as well. You can make your own or buy store bought, either way its quick simple and delish!
Depending on the size of fish you are cooking will depend on the cooking times. I cook it to a internal temp of 140 degrees and check it for its flakiness and doneness as to not end up with dry fish.
