Mustard, Horseradish and Garlic marinated Lamb chops
Marinate for Lamb
1/4 cup creamed horseradish
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Horseradish mustard
1 Tbsp Rosemary finely chopped
5 cloves garlic finely minced
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1/8 cup good quality Olive Oil
Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl and spread over all sides of the lamb chops. refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or longer.
Grill on Medium high heat, turning once until internal temp reads 155-160. let rest for a few minutes and serve.
This can also be baked, but you will not have the charcoal, smokey flavor the grilling process delivers.
