Jack Daniel's Glazed Salmon
4 Skin on Salmon Filets
toasted sesame seeds for garnish
2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced for garnish
Jack Daniel’s Glaze
Season the Salmon with salt and pepper and place onto your hot grill skin side down. (Grill temp should be around 400-425F)
Brush the fish with the glaze. The salmon will take approx 20 minutes to cook , depending of the thickness of the fish. You’ll want to check it often to ensure you’re not overcooking. Brush the glaze over the salmon several times throughout the cooking process. Cook until fish reaches a internal temp of 140-145.
Once cooked through, remove and garnish with the sesame seeds and green onions, Enjoy!
