Becci's Babyback Ribs
You won’t have to work hard to enjoy these ribs! you won’t get a face full of Bbq sauce as you try to chew the meat off the bone as this meat falls off the bone leaving it clean as a whistle! The meat is tender and moist and its just simply hard to stop eating them!
1 Rack Pork Baby Back Ribs ( I used Organic)
1 Tbsp Black Pepper ( I used Coarse)
1 Tbsp Sea Salt (I used Coarse)
2 Tbsp green and pink peppercorns (if you have them)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Dry mustard
2 Tsp Thyme
EVOO 2 Tbsp
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Tear off a long piece of foil 2 x the length of the ribs, place it on a cookie sheet and place the ribs onto the foil. Drizzle the EVOO over the ribs and sprinkle each of the seasonings equally over the meat. Fold the foil over the meat and secure it tightly to create a airtight pouch. Cook for 3 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 30 min.
Heat Grill to Med-Med high and sear the ribs bone side down first for 3 min, flip and grill for another 3 minutes on the meat side. Brush with your favorite Bbq sauce and enjoy! ( I used Sweet Bay Rays Honey Bbq.)
