Chipotle Shrimp

1 Lb Lg Shrimp (shelled and deveined

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

4 Cloves smashed garlic

1 Tbsp Honey

Juice and zest of 1 Lime

1 tsp Chipotle Chile sauce

1/4 tsp salt

chopped parsley and lime wedges for garnishing

Whisk together all ingredients from Olive oil to salt and pour over the shrimp. Let marinate for 30 min tossing a couple times to make sure all shrimp are coated well.

Three onto skewars and grill on Med-High heat for approx 2 min each side.

These Shrimp are full of flavor and awesome on a taco salad, over rice or in a pasta dish! Salud!
