Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops
I love Rosemary, and the combo with the garlic and salt on these chops is simply delish!
3 Tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary
1 tsp salt
3 Garlic cloves finely minced
1/4 cup EVOO
2 Racks Lamb
Combine the rosemary, salt garlic and Olive Oil into a small bowl and stir to combine
evenly spread all over the lamb and store in a zip lock bag for 1 hour.
Heat grill to Med high and spray with non stick. Grill Lamb for 3-5 minutes each side depending on thickness or internal temperature reads;
120-rare
125-medium rare
130-medium
and well done at 145/ *** Remember, Lamb can take on a gamey flavor when cooked beyond medium.
